Information on Personal Data Processing

According to Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (OJ L 119, 04.05.2016, p. 1, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we inform you that;

3. Your personal data will be processed to accept a contact inquiry, to consider the inquiry and provide a response, or for the purpose of asserting or defending against claims, based on art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of the GDPR, i.e. the legally justified interest of the Administrator.

4. Your personal data may be shared with entities, to whom the Administrator assigns activities requiring data processing (e.g., IT service providers) and public authorities, if they are authorized to do so under the law.

5. The Administrator will store your personal data for as long as necessary to provide a response, and in case of disputes, for as long as necessary to assert rights or claims and until the statute of limitations expires.

6. You have the following rights: the right to access personal data, including the right to obtain a copy of such data; the right to request rectification (correction of personal data); the right to request deletion of personal data (the so-called “right to be forgotten”); the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data; the right to object to processing; the right to data portability. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent (art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.

7. If it is deemed that the processing of personal data violates the provisions, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

8. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, it may be a necessary condition for providing a response to the contact inquiry.

9. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling.
