Synchronization of actions
We're working in parallel on two levels: convincing pharmacists to support Medme Moja Apteka, and encouraging patients to download the app that streamlines their path to purchase at the pharmacy.
We've created extensive educational materials for pharmacists and provided pharmacies with effective POS tools. We’re actively involved in shaping conversations on how to educate and motivate pharmacists to use a solution that simplifies order management for their patients.
Dividing app users into distinct target groups enabled us to customize our messaging, resulting in more personalized and thus more appealing communication.
