We wanted to help create a place that brings a smile and positive emotions. We focused on distinctive colors and an optimistic message – because this is a place where life makes you smile!

Our approach

Our goal was to create a visual identity for the new development project by the Hossanova developer. The branding was intended to be appealing to young people entering adulthood and looking for their first own apartment. We aimed to help create a place that would evoke smiles and positive emotions. We focused on a striking use of colors and an optimistic message – Because here, it feels good to live!

In short, that was the essence of our concept. We chose authentic imagery and focused on showcasing the lifestyle benefits of living in Nowa Klecina. The campaign was driven through social media, with a strong emphasis on offers for young buyers eligible for the 2% mortgage program.
